About the role

  • Sales order processing for internal and external customers
  • Monitor status of sales orders with 3PL partners to manage priorities and facilitate on-time delivery
  • Manage daily communication flows with internal and external partners by email, phone, or EDI
  • Track and report on orders vs. allocations for new products and items under supply constraint
  • Manage returns process, monitor 3PL sorting, create RAs and record systematically
  • Track, investigate, and report outbound delivery discrepancies and B2B invoice queries
  • Manage backorders
  • Produce on-shelf availability reporting for own channel
  • Communicate proactively to manage expectations for new stores, new products, marketing activity, operational delays and out of stocks
  • Identify operational weaknesses and highlight/implement solutions to improve customer service and delivery efficiencies
  • Work with stakeholders to manage short-term commercial and marketing impacts
  • Report into the Senior Customer Supply Chain Manager – North America

Requirements

  • Experience as a supply chain analyst or planner (ideally)
  • Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) business
  • Ability to take on responsibilities while implementing change and improving processes
  • Sales order processing experience for internal and external customers
  • Experience monitoring sales orders with 3PL partners and managing priorities for on-time delivery
  • Experience managing daily communication flows with internal and external partners via email, phone, or EDI
  • Experience tracking and reporting orders vs. allocations and managing supply constraints
  • Returns process management experience, including monitoring 3PL sorting and creating RAs
  • Experience investigating outbound delivery discrepancies and handling B2B invoice queries
  • Backorder management experience
  • On-shelf availability reporting experience
  • Awareness of short-term commercial and marketing activities and experience managing stakeholder requirements
