About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business, technology, and executive leaders across the AIS portfolio
- Translate global business strategy into forward‑looking workforce, talent, and organizational plans
- Apply a commercial, data‑driven mindset to leadership, talent, and organizational decisions
- Influence enterprise priorities through insight, analytics, and strong executive partnership
- Provide executive coaching and guidance on complex organizational and leadership challenges
- Support globally distributed teams across engineering, product, commercial, and operations functions
- Partner with HR leaders and Centers of Excellence (COEs) across regions to deliver scalable, consistent HR programs
- Navigate cross‑border workforce considerations, cultural dynamics, and regional labor environments
- Design and lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives aligned to growth and scalability
- Partner with leaders on hiring strategies in competitive, innovation‑driven technical markets
- Support the evolution of organizational structures during periods of rapid growth and transformation
- Lead global talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
- Coach leaders on talent decisions, performance management, and building high‑performing teams
- Strengthen leadership capability, engagement, and retention across technical and professional organizations
- Act as a change agent and culture ambassador during growth, transformation, and integration
- Guide leaders through organizational change, ensuring clarity, alignment, and momentum
- Support effective communication and leadership alignment during periods of transition
- Leverage people analytics and insights to inform leadership decisions
- Identify organizational trends impacting performance, retention, and engagement
- Support HR due diligence and workforce planning for acquisitions
- Lead people integration planning and cultural alignment across regions
- Ensure acquired organizations are effectively integrated into AIS operating models
- Partner with internal experts and COEs to manage local compliance requirements while maintaining global consistency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in HR or related field preferred
- 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting global, high‑growth, transformation, or scaling organizations
- Proven ability to operate effectively in multinational or globally distributed environments
- Strong capability translating business strategy into effective people, talent, and organizational solutions
- Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development
- Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, and integration work
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders across regions
- High energy, adaptability, and decisiveness with comfort operating amid ambiguity and change
- Membership in the Ordre des CRHA/CRIA preferred for Québec‑based leadership roles
- Bilingual French and English: To serve clients and external service providers across Canada and USA.
