About the role
- Own and drive QCDS performance across all Focus Factories
- Ensure stable, robust, and repeatable manufacturing processes
- Lead multi-site operational reviews and performance governance
- Drive execution discipline and follow-up on action plans
- Deploy standardized operating models, KPIs, and routines across sites
- Ensure process robustness through structured problem-solving and risk management
- Lead operational readiness for NPI industrialization and ramp-up
- Embed continuous improvement as a core way of working
- Drive CI through site leadership, not as a standalone function
- Deliver sustainable improvements with measurable performance impact
- Lead and develop Focus Factory Managers
- Build a strong, aligned multi-site operations leadership team
- Drive engagement, accountability, and ownership at all levels
- Ensure alignment between Operations, Advanced Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain
- Act as the operational interface to enable smooth execution and decision-making
Requirements
- Senior operations leader with strong hands-on manufacturing experience
- Proven success managing multi-site operations
- Strong execution mindset with high operational credibility
- Solid experience in process robustness, industrialization, and performance management
- Practical continuous improvement expertise applied to operations
- People-focused leader who engages teams and drives accountability
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Operations
- 15+ years of leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing (>1M units/year)
- Proven success managing multi-site, international operations
- Strong hands-on expertise in shop-floor execution and operational problem-solving
- Experience deploying standardized processes and governance models across sites
- Solid background in industrialization and NPI ramp-up for mass production
- Demonstrated change leadership in multicultural environments
- Practical CI experience (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent)
- Effective leader in matrixed, cross-functional, international organizations
