- Collaborate with Advanced Support and Customer Service teams

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC Systems, Niagara Platform, Electromechanical Building, or Building Automation System (BAS)
- Bilingual in French and English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
