About the role

  • Lead the transformation from a manual, fragmented planning process to a best-in-class SIOP/IBP operating model.
  • Design, implement, and operate an integrated SIOP process that provides a reliable 18–24-month view, improves forecast accuracy, strengthens inventory performance, and aligns weekly execution to revenue and gross margin targets.
  • Build & Design SIOP/IBP Processes
  • Develop and implement a full SIOP process including Demand Review, Supply Review, Inventory, Financial Reconciliation, and Executive IBP.
  • Define planning horizons and governance: RACI, stage gates, cadence, meeting charters.
  • Operate the SIOP Process
  • Own the consensus plan with strong collaboration from Sales.
  • Lead monthly Demand Review, Supply Review, and Executive IBP.
  • Provide weekly reporting aligned to financial revenue and margin targets.
  • Technology & Data
  • Lead APS/IBP tool selection.
  • Support possible ERP transition and define technology roadmap.
  • Establish data governance to address current data quality.
  • Performance & Financial Alignment
  • Build KPI dashboards linking SIOP outputs to P&L.
  • Improve forecast accuracy, OTD/OTIF, inventory turns.
  • Ensure SIOP is the single source of truth for planning.
  • Team Leadership & People Management
  • Lead and mentor a small team by providing clear direction, coaching, and consistent performance feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and high‑performance culture that encourages accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage day‑to‑day workload distribution, set priorities, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support employee development through training opportunities, development plans, and regular check‑ins.
  • Maintain an inclusive and respectful work environment, addressing issues proactively and constructively.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in SIOP/IBP, planning, or supply chain.
  • Experience designing or transforming SIOP processes.
  • Experience with APS/IBP tool selection or implementation.
  • Strong cross-functional influence and change leadership.
  • Manufacturing experience (electronics, industrial, or automotive preferred).
  • Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec.
