About the role
- Provide hands-on human resources support for U.S. Supply Chain operations.
- Focus on delivering core HR services to frontline leaders and associates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Drive engagement initiatives that support operational excellence.
- Play a key role in onboarding, talent processes, and supporting HR programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 8+ years of HR experience
- Working knowledge of HR practices including employee relations, onboarding, and compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with frontline associates and supervisors.
- 3+ years’ experience in a business with significant hourly workforce, ideally in a unionized environment.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with associates of all levels and build cross-functional relationships.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills; understanding of how to develop messages for different audiences; proven experience as an effective storyteller.
- Strong organizational skills; experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing tight deadlines.
- Creative and willing to do what has never been done; joy for bringing people along with change.
