About the role

Collaborating on, defining, and executing the global electronics manufacturing strategy for the company’s lighting and lighting controls portfolio
Ensures alignment with business strategy, process standardization, modular designs, make vs buy strategies, cost targets, quality standards, regulatory compliance, tariffs and geopolitical challenges, innovation roadmaps, automation, and a manufacturing footprint strategy that will provide operational resiliency in a cost-effective manner
Leading a team of professionals managing Strategy, NPI, Manufacturing Operations, and Manufacturing Engineering
Partners closely with the Electronics Product and Engineering, Manufacturing Network Design, Sourcing and Supply Chain teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and market-leading lighting solutions

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Power Engineering
Minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience
Extensive Electronics Manufacturing expertise
Experience in Supply Chain and Cost leadership in Electronics
Experience in utilizing software for late-stage customization within manufacturing
Cross-functional and Executive Influence
Strategic leadership and transformation
Operational excellence and execution (Quality, Service, and Productivity)
