Collaborate with global business and technical teams to understand challenges, operational needs, and strategic goals.
Serve as Product Owner for Technical Services platforms, owning backlog structure, clarity, and prioritization.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, the Business PMO, IT teams, and technical services leadership.
Help stakeholders prioritize needs based on value, feasibility, and impact.
Coordinate, facilitate, and support User Acceptance Testing activities with the Business PMO.

Requirements

3-5 years’ experience in tech industries, particularly in SaaS, Software or Cloud companies.
2-5 years’ experience in business analysis or product management for enterprise platforms
Proven experience managing products or platforms, preferably in Salesforce or Oracle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on developing innovative, scalable solutions.
Effective at prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
