  • Drive strategic sales growth and shape bid and pricing strategies
  • Manage full-cycle sales operations across MRO, Home Center, and Digital Retail channels

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of sales or business management experience in lighting or related industries
  • 1+ year of experience navigating and interpreting raw data, consolidating information from multiple sources, and creating clear, accurate reports using Excel or similar software
  • Strong consultative, negotiation, and communication skills across executive and operational levels
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing organizational policy or strategy
