About the role

  • Lead cross-functional meetings and make independent decisions that impact program launches, promotions, and account initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary advisor and subject matter expert on account-level strategies, ensuring that customer and business requirements are aligned.
  • Oversee SKU management and product lifecycle transitions, exercising discretion to prioritize resource allocation and phase-in/phase-out strategies that affect business performance.
  • Analyze POS, sales, and customer data to identify macro-level trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate them into actionable strategies for Sales, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning teams.
  • Lead financial reconciliations with authority to resolve disputes, deductions, and penalties, collaborating with Accounts Receivable and Customer Resolution teams.
  • Act as a consultative partner to senior stakeholders, influencing customer engagement models and operational support strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, program management, or business operations with national or strategic customers
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment on operational and financial matters of significance
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and strategic influencing skills.
