About the role
- Guide and optimize the end-to-end product development process
- Assist with developing stage-gate frameworks and decision checkpoints
- Create and maintain process documentation, templates, and training materials
- Perform process audits and post-mortems to identify bottlenecks
- Monitor KPIs such as cycle time, cost variance, and quality metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of applicable experience required
- Exposure to managing product development processes
- Familiarity with PLM software and project management tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite tools
- Understanding of stage-gate methodologies, agile principles, and lean product development
- Analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable process improvements
