About the role

  • Supports EC module and other modules including system configuration and impact analysis.
  • Collaborates with HR subject matter experts to prioritize, plan, develop and test new solutions and enhancements to the HRIS system.
  • Project Management support for implementation, configuration, and upgrade projects including SuccessFactors releases and impact analysis as part of HRIS team.
  • Design and maintain system processes, procedures and support documentation.
  • Provide applicable system training, testing and support as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in HRIS software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Familiarity with security roles and permissions within HR systems
  • Proven experience as an HRIS Systems Specialist or similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple competing priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Effective communication and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Teams
  • Extensive expertise in leading HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, SAP, Workforce, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with data integration using XML, JSON, and related technologies
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with HRIS trends and best practices
