About the role
- Supports EC module and other modules including system configuration and impact analysis.
- Collaborates with HR subject matter experts to prioritize, plan, develop and test new solutions and enhancements to the HRIS system.
- Project Management support for implementation, configuration, and upgrade projects including SuccessFactors releases and impact analysis as part of HRIS team.
- Design and maintain system processes, procedures and support documentation.
- Provide applicable system training, testing and support as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in HRIS software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
- Familiarity with security roles and permissions within HR systems
- Proven experience as an HRIS Systems Specialist or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple competing priorities
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Effective communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Teams
- Extensive expertise in leading HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, SAP, Workforce, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with data integration using XML, JSON, and related technologies
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with HRIS trends and best practices
