About the role
- The Finance Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Senior Manager plays a critical role in bridging the needs of the Finance and Accounting teams with IT capabilities.
- This position advocates for Finance and Accounting requirements, ensures business stakeholders are aware of system capabilities and limitations.
- Collaborates closely with Business Segment Finance, Corporate Finance, and IT teams to deliver financial insights, enhance productivity, and support key functions such as monthly close, reconciliations, reporting, forecasting, and annual target setting.
- Develops and maintains cube views and dashboards, provides training to new and existing employees, and helps ensure the seamless alignment of business processes and technology to maximize the strategic value of the OneStream platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of financial system experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft VB.Net, SQL
- Experience with OneStream or Hyperion strongly preferred
- Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or information systems
- High executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Travel Requirements 0-15% Domestic and Internationally.
