About the role
- Supports the University's Integrated Financial Planning (IFP) process as part of the annual budget and planning cycle
- Analyzes budgets and tracks variances to projections
- Prepares and runs existing reports using Excel tools such as pivot tables, v-lookups, and charts
- Collaborates with various department budget managers and other stakeholders to conduct budget meetings
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
- Two years of financial, data analysis, and subject matter knowledge OR five years of financial, data analysis and subject matter knowledge with a complex organization
- A related financial professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) preferred
- Effective communication skills
