About the role

  • Lead design, development, and maintenance of custom applications supporting manufacturing and inbound supply chain.
  • Manage integrations with SaaS platforms and enterprise systems to ensure data flow and operational efficiency.
  • Drive automation and data delivery initiatives across supply chain and manufacturing tech stack.
  • Mentor and develop software engineering team; foster innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and leadership to define technical requirements and align roadmaps.
  • Ensure adherence to security, data governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for software development, including code quality, testing, and deployment.
  • Oversee project delivery timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
  • Define and monitor performance metrics (SLOs) and drive improvements.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development; promote diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, including cloud development, .NET development, and domain-driven design, is required.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing software engineering teams, including mentoring, performance management, and career development, is required.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies is required.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills are required.
  • Preferred: Azure cloud development, enterprise integration patterns and middleware, Oracle Fusion SCM and SaaS integrations, understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes.
