About the role

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment, utilizing telephone dialing system
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients
  • Utilize listening skills to ensure patients' needs and concerns are addressed
  • Educate patients on the importance of changing out supplies clinically
  • Create sales orders and confirm accuracy of items and patient demographics
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Two years of customer service experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms
  • Must be able to multi-task between various software platforms (CallShaper, SNAP, Brightree)
