About the role
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment, utilizing telephone dialing system
- Provide excellent customer service to patients
- Utilize listening skills to ensure patients' needs and concerns are addressed
- Educate patients on the importance of changing out supplies clinically
- Create sales orders and confirm accuracy of items and patient demographics
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Two years of customer service experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms
- Must be able to multi-task between various software platforms (CallShaper, SNAP, Brightree)
