About the role

  • Lead teams (cells) of consultants at various levels, providing technical support
  • Define functional architecture and solution strategy by module/process
  • Conduct client requirements meetings and act as the technical-functional point of reference
  • Ensure adherence to best practices
  • Validate final solutions, complex rules, and advanced automations (Workflows / customizations in general)
  • Guide and review deliverables from junior and mid-level consultants (mentoring and quality control)
  • Support risk management, scope changes, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment
  • Propose continuous improvements, process optimization, and ERP evolution

Requirements

  • Solid experience in NetSuite projects
  • Strong command of corporate processes (Finance/Controllership, Revenue, Supply Chain, etc.)
  • Experience leading teams and managing clients
  • Excellent communication and consultative mindset (business + technology)
