Own the global month-end close process end-to-end, ensuring timely, accurate, and well-supported financial results across all entities
Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and global consolidation, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
Oversee group revenue recognition policy and support accounting for complex or non-routine transactions
Own tax accounting and support global tax strategy by ensuring appropriate recognition of tax positions
Deliver consolidated financial statements and provide clear variance analysis and accounting insight
Take ownership of annual financial audits across multiple regions
Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and scale accounting processes
Monitor financial risks, strengthen internal controls, and maintain high standards of financial governance

Requirements

Master’s degree in Accounting
CPA qualification
8+ years of accounting experience including leadership responsibility
Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
Experience with modern ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite)
Advanced Excel capability
Proven audit leadership experience (Big 4 or Top Tier firm)
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Desirable: Experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services
Exposure to multi-entity or international accounting environments
