About the role
- Develop, strengthen and continuously improve HR processes to support cross-functional and cross-border alignment
- Report to the Manager HR Process & Risks
- Focus on implementing the improved HR process model
- Develop clear process documentation
- Assess processes in relation to key risks and controls
- Standardise processes across countries and HR sub-functions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborate with process and system owners on optimisation and compliance
- Act as the primary point of contact for process and/or system owners and experts across all HR teams
Requirements
- Professional and intellectual capabilities at a minimum bachelor’s level
- At least 3 years of experience in process management and/or internal control roles
- Experience with process standards (e.g. APQC frameworks) and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean)
- Experience with process management tools (e.g. Signavio)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
