About the role

  • Develop, strengthen and continuously improve HR processes to support cross-functional and cross-border alignment
  • Report to the Manager HR Process & Risks
  • Focus on implementing the improved HR process model
  • Develop clear process documentation
  • Assess processes in relation to key risks and controls
  • Standardise processes across countries and HR sub-functions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Collaborate with process and system owners on optimisation and compliance
  • Act as the primary point of contact for process and/or system owners and experts across all HR teams

Requirements

  • Professional and intellectual capabilities at a minimum bachelor’s level
  • At least 3 years of experience in process management and/or internal control roles
  • Experience with process standards (e.g. APQC frameworks) and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean)
  • Experience with process management tools (e.g. Signavio)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
