About the role
- Build and scale operations, recruiting, developing, and mentoring team members as the region expands.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and cultivate new leads.
- Closely supervise existing portfolio and on-site Community Managers, ensuring seamless onboarding and high client satisfaction.
- Inspire excellence, establish a strong culture, and align the region’s goals with Action’s vision.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HOA management experience, including large-scale communities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- CMCA required (or ability to obtain within 6 months); AMS and PCAM highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of HOA governing documents, compliance requirements, and financial reporting
- Proven success managing diverse portfolios, driving growth, and building high-performing teams
- Onsite management experience preferred, with exposure to high-profile accounts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
