Business Analyst

• Support a Department of Defense customer applying analytical techniques to evaluate program objectives, including status analysis of requirements, budget, and schedule
• Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft, weapon, and project acquisition and product programs
• Track project status and perform management, technical, and business case analyses
• Coordinate and participate in working groups, meetings, and conferences with PMA, PEO, Navy and military services offices
• Support planning activities, present alternative funding/acquisition strategies and cost estimates, and enter planning data in CSPT or appropriate tools
• Analyze and provide recommendations for TOC, Should Cost, CAIV and LCC evaluations

Program Management Analyst

Architect

• Provide software engineering and systems engineering expertise to support the F-35 Mission Planning Enterprise (MPE)
• Develop requirements and review/develop high-level system design documents for MPE
• Analyze F-35 user needs and assess software solutions against requirements
• Provide Systems Engineering coordination to support MPE leadership for governance and technical reviews
• Provide Systems Engineering support for System Requirements Reviews, Technical Interchange Meetings, trade studies, and Air System Alignment
• Represent MPE equities, identify gaps, and recommend fixes to ensure effective integration with the F-35 Air Vehicle
• Support developmental engineering by engaging with contractors and providing feedback, analysis, and critique for work products and CONOPS
• Participate in Systems Engineering technical events including SRRs, Design Reviews, Functional and Physical Configuration Audits
• Evaluate OEM development artifacts (variance, Required Work Packages, SW specifications, metrics, architecture models, schedules, CDRLs) to assess technical maturity
• Track certification and accreditation for each Mission Planning Software Environment SW build, coordinating with OCIO, certifiers, contractors, and customers
• Provide integration and interoperability support to enable systems, units, or forces to operate effectively together

F-35 Mission Planning Architect

Systems Engineer

• Support the F-35 JPO efforts to improve ALIS and ODIN IT systems
• Serve as member of F-35 JPO Maintenance Systems (MxS) PMO engineering team responsible for architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, requirements management, configuration management, and test & evaluation of ALIS/ODIN
• Address technical integration and architecture shortfalls in ALIS/ODIN development
• Develop and oversee plans to obtain sufficient documentation for prime and alternate vendor support/modification of ALIS/ODIN
• Assist with establishing mid-term and long-term strategic engineering initiatives and coordinate with Maintenance Systems PMO technical staff
• Assist the Maintenance Systems Requirements Engineer to produce a Product Specification for as-delivered ALIS and ODIN products
• Support development of a System Specification for future ALIS/ODIN versions
• Coordinate with internal and external organizations, including prime contractors, on key engineering initiatives

Information Technology Systems Engineer – F-35

• As an FMS Analyst, you will coordinate with other members of the Security Cooperation's team, and follow the direction of the FMS Case Manager, Program Manager, or Team Lead. You will assist the Case Manager in in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy.
• Perform detailed analysis of Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) documentation requirements and prepare draft Pricing and Availability (P&A) or LOA data packages in the DSAMS in response to formal Letters of Request (LORs).
• Support establishment of MILS/DLMS and/or MILSTRIP documents, assignment of new requisitions, development of project directive, processing of purchase requisitions, analysis and participation in acquisition planning.
• Initiate draft inputs regarding responses to RFIs from potential FMS customer countries.
• Determine customer concepts of operations and program requirements to develop a Total Package Approach or propose alternatives for Government review.
• Draft Congressional notifications for potential FMS sales.
• Perform foreign disclosure investigations and provide preliminary release readiness analyses of hardware and software systems, specifications or other technical data.
