• Prospect and qualify new clients for the Zoho portfolio.
• Maintain active post-event relationships with clients to generate new business.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the technical/commercial teams, understanding needs and proposing solutions within the Zoho ecosystem.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with a focus on account expansion.
• Participate in alignment meetings, product demonstrations, and client trainings.
• Collaborate with the implementation, pre-sales, and support teams to ensure an efficient customer journey.
• Update the CRM with strategic information about clients.
