About the role
- Manage and maintain workforce
- Ensure the health and safety of the workforce
- Maintains inventory of tools, equipment and supplies
- Ensures that all vehicles, tools, and equipment are maintained in a clean, safe and proper working condition
- Collaborate with Management Personnel to formulate departmental goals, strategies, and operating policies and procedures
Requirements
- High School Degree/GED
- 1 year of leadership experience in management or supervisory roles
- 3 years of experience in gas meter exchanges or similar natural gas operations experience
- Ability to travel up to 70%
- Ability to become a proctor and evaluator for operator qualifications required to perform natural gas meter exchanges and relights
