About the role

Collaborate with Senior System Engineers and DevOps professionals to ensure smooth operation and high availability of production systems
Maintain infrastructure, configuration, and monitoring using Infrastructure as Code practices
Create, extend, and improve delivery and development processes and systems
Participate in deployment and maintenance phases of software
Be part of the Incident Management roster: cover on-call shifts, troubleshoot and resolve production incidents
Develop automation and CI/CD pipelines; work across the software development lifecycle
Support design, integration, implementation, and operation of Acronis backup, cybersecurity, disaster recovery and related solutions for service providers and enterprise users

At least 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or at least 1 year as a DevOps/SRE Engineer
Strong Linux administration skills
Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Groovy scripting
Experience in automation development
Hands-on experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure Biceps)
Solid understanding of the network stack: NGINX, DNS, DHCP, PXE and differences between firewall, routing, and NAT
Familiarity with the principles of Infrastructure as Code
Understanding of CI/CD principles
Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies
Knowledge of provisioning and orchestration systems
English proficiency (at least upper-intermediate level)
Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams across multiple countries
