About the role
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to customers, partners and public audiences on Acronis’ technology and solutions.
- Facilitate and manage customer evaluations, and proof of concept activities for Acronis’ solutions.
- Position compelling solutions targeted at solving the customer’s business problems, over and above specific technical requirements, and acting as technical advisor to the customer.
- Produce written proposals and technical responses to RFIs and RFPs.
- Support existing channel and cloud partners on technical queries.
- Develop customer solution proposals and supporting documentation for review by the customer and Acronis management.
- Provide customer and market input to Product Management, Engineering, Customer Service, and other pertinent groups within Acronis.
- Maintain knowledge on major industry developments; be capable of handling customer inquiries on these matters.
Requirements
- 3 or more years’ experience as a PreSales/Sales Engineer or a similar customer facing technical role.
- Supporting internal sales, partner and customer ecosystem on solutions based around: IT Security software (Endpoint, Email, M365) SaaS, IaaS and/or MSP focused solutions.
- Business continuity software and hardware.
- Ability to translate customers business requirements into technical solutions which deliver genuine benefits back to the business.
- Analytical / Interpersonal Skills.
- Presentation skills (critical) and public speaking.
- Working knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
