About the role
- Oversee sourcing and procurement of infrastructure, hardware, and services critical to data center operations
- Manage vendor negotiations, contract management, and long-term strategic supplier relationships
- Ensure effective contract, leasing, and vendor relationship management
- Drive timely, compliant, and cost-effective procurement processes
- Lead cost control, cost efficiency analysis, and procurement optimization initiatives
- Oversee hardware logistics and delivery coordination to data centers
- Manage remote hands services related to production data centers
- Ensure accurate documentation, invoicing validation, and leasing coordination
- Establish and improve procurement processes, policies, and governance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, IT, Operations, and external partners
- Lead and develop the procurement team, including performance management and capability building
Requirements
- Proven experience of 3 to 6 years leading procurement, sourcing, or supply chain functions in infrastructure, data center, IT, or technology-driven environments
- Strong experience in vendor negotiations, contract management, and supplier relationship management
- Demonstrated expertise in cost control, budgeting, and cost efficiency analysis
- Experience managing logistics and supply chain operations for hardware and infrastructure
- Strong understanding of procurement compliance, governance, and best practices
- Experience working with procurement and financial systems (e.g., Coupa, Acumatica, JIRA, vendor portals or similar tools)
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to lead with minimal supervision.
