About the role

  • Support globally the RVP, Sales Operations Director and the General Managers on forecasting and business performance reviews
  • Coordinate the forecasting processes regionally and across strategic business units with the use of collaborating tools
  • Coordinate and drive the planning process
  • Establish high levels of data quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Create and analyze a series of reports for tracking of sales and business results
  • Fulfill regular and ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Enhance reports on an ongoing basis
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and attend quarterly regional action planning meetings
  • Work closely with the regional field sales organizations to build profitable, balanced and compliant businesses
  • Implement sales tools, policies, directions and guidelines to standardize high quality sales processes across WW
  • Support Global Sales Operations team in cross-functional projects and strategic changes to systems and processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Sales Operations experience
  • Experience with CRM tools and commission systems, especially Salesforce (SFDC) to extract and analyze data
  • Experience with direct and indirect sales structures and strategies
  • Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze complex datasets to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Capacity to break down complex problems into structured, data-driven solutions
  • Critical thinking skills to evaluate processes and propose efficiency improvements
  • Ability to translate data findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to assess business performance metrics and develop actionable recommendations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, SQL is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in business operations.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity across multi-country/cultural environments
  • Highly positive personality and ready to deal with conflict constructively
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Passion and commitment to succeed by working hard and never giving up
