Account Manager

• Ensure accuracy of policy documents and maintain up-to-date client records
• Review and process policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
• Proactively address and promptly respond to client inquiries, resolve issues and provide expert advice
• Underwrite new and renewal business; prepare quotes and carry through to policy issuance with the carrier
• Coordinate with underwriters and carriers to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients
• Assist clients with claims processing and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional insurance products
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies and maintain accurate documentation

Personal Lines Account Manager

Account Executive

• Lead and oversee all Client Service items
• Conduct ongoing proactive meetings with the client throughout the year to ensure a high level of service
• Meet business retention goals
• Develop new business with existing clients by rounding out programs with additional and/or increased lines of coverage
• Develop strong business relationships and client trust
• Communicate compliance deadlines and updates
• Assist in resolving routine client concerns and reoccurring and non-routine client/carrier issues
• Manage the renewal of existing plans
• Advise, inform, and involve Client Management & Strategy Team as required in marketing process
• Recommend improvements based on changing employee benefit legislation and provide resolutions for discrepancies or errors
• Assist with conducting employee open enrollment meetings as needed
• Review contracts, plan documents, summary plan descriptions and other legal documents for accuracy
• Prepare quarterly production and activity reports and maintain agency management system documentation
• Steward client Third Party Administrator and other third-party carrier relationships
• Work closely with Directors and Benefits Service Manager to obtain resources and escalate issues

Employee Benefits Account Executive

This position will include all aspects of servicing commercial accounts.
Account size may range from $3.5M - $4M and account assignments will be determined at the discretion of the firm.
Client retention is a key objective of this position.
You will be expected to perform the following tasks from start to finish and will have an Associate AE as well the CSR Team to assist with several of the tasks.
Interact with clients to address all servicing needs
Processing of policies, endorsements, and audits
Enter policy data into our client management system
Order loss runs for re‐marketing accounts
Become proficient in carrier web‐sites for quoting when re-marketing an account or adding additional lines of coverage
Keep your desk and files organized at all times
Perform superior customer service at all times
Properly utilize the agency management system (Epic) to keep track of all pending items
Communicate with carriers for all underwriting matters, audits, endorsements, carrier recommendations, etc.
Expedite certificates of insurance if CSR team is short staffed and client needs immediately
Run MVR’s and update driver lists when required
Prepare renewal rating quotes, based applications
Prepare proposals
Process and issue binders
Attend agency and dept meetings as well as training/education classes and sessions (both within the agency and outside the agency as directed)

Commercial Lines Account Manager

• Establish & maintain a strong relationship and make periodic decisions on account updates and coverages
• Review exposures and current insurance program for assigned clients
• Determine if current carrier is the best fit for the client taking coverage, protection, and cost effectiveness into consideration
• Work with producers with the development and decisions about plans of action and coverages for new accounts
• Provide day-today service, anticipate customer’s needs, and respond to client questions and issues in a timely manner
• Keep customers up to date on “pending changes” in the insurance world that may impact their insurance coverage
• Monitor carrier activities to make sure that they are fulfilling their responsibilities to the customer (i.e.: policies & endorsements quoted & accurately issued on a timely basis, claims being handled properly & on a timely and accurate basis)
• Complete account reviews

• Complete system builds, renewal updates, and troubleshooting of Employee Navigator system.
• Carrier EDI and Data Exchange set-up, review, auditing, and discrepancy report management.
• May support carrier, payroll, and TPA connections within platforms and audit, as required.
• Perform reporting and analytical audits for ACA.
• May demo platforms and/or communicate directly with clients, at the direction of Account Management and Tech Team leads.
• Supports internal and external software/systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Strong ability to identify and resolve problems utilizing standard guidelines and/or customized solutions
• Follow pre-set processes and procedures for all Technology Team tasks.
• Follow all Quality Assurance (QA) processes and procedures.
• Work closely with the Account Management team for specific data requirements and client communication needs.
• May attend virtual or in-person conferences to further education.
• Foster a positive working environment within the Tech Team and all Acrisure partners.

Employee Benefits Account Manager - Small Group

• The Commercial P&C Account Manager is responsible for aiding clients with service needs and making changes to existing accounts. Specific service and marketing responsibilities are required in this position. Must meet service and sales delivery standards and perform essential functions to the quality and service standards developed by the agency. The duties and responsibilities of this position are to support the goals, mission and needs of the Agency. Primarily, this entails providing the producer/risk advisor with the necessary service support to aid them in obtaining new clients and retaining existing ones.
• Assists clients with making coverage changes in an automated environment supported by imaging system; determines if delayed or advanced billing is appropriate and requests invoices from accounting department
• Informs and educates clients about policy coverage, changes, exclusion and insurance coverage needs.
• Prepares proposals in coordination with producer(s).
• Submits applications to eligible and appropriate carriers in coordination with Marketing department and Producer
• Obtains client signatures on applications as necessary; follows up to ensure timely receipt of quotations and policies.
• Manages clients' needs by producing binders, certificates, policies, endorsements and other related items; verifies their accuracy.
• Prepares summaries of insurance, schedules and proposals as needed for account review.
• Remarkets certain renewals, contacts clients, creates renewal proposals and handles other renewal activities in coordination with the producer(s).
• Reviews contracts and insurance requirements to determine if insured’s coverage is sufficient or if additional coverage needs to be quoted
• Renews policies following agency standards.
• Verifies each renewal's accuracy; ensures that all renewals are produced
• Reviews audits of policies; verifies accuracy and facilitates corrections, as needed, between client and carrier
• Maintains and updates electronic and client activity files
• Verifies policy and policy change information, facilitating corrections when necessary.
• Processes incoming mail requests, responding promptly and appropriately
• Uses agency credit and collection policy in invoicing and pursuing prompt payments
• Coordinate COI issuance
• Attends meetings with Clients at their location as necessary.

Insurance Senior Account Manager - Commercial Lines, Construction

Operations

• Billing & Financial Operations: Support bulk renewal processes by inputting rates and client data into Epic and renewal spreadsheets, coordinating submissions with the Epic application team.
• Collections & Payment Monitoring: Manage non-payment processes and outreach per 90/30/0-day timelines; monitor AR and aging reports; collect on overdue balances.
• Administrative Support & Workflow Coordination: Own PRBR agreement workflow and serve as central billing contact; refine reporting and invoicing workflows.

• Manages the overall team operations, client coordination, and customer service delivery.
• Leverage knowledge and expertise in client services, insurance processing and customer experience to develop, coach, and assist Account Associates and other team members.
