About the role
- Support Commercial lines retail placement strategy execution
- Collate carrier production reports and track against them
- Prepare for carrier performance review sessions –data analysis, material development, agenda building and follow up
- Conduct data analysis to produce detailed insight into specialty portfolio
- Support the restructuring of carrier approach to engaging with Acrisure under new divisional structure
- Understand and analyze carrier compensation plans and develop plans towards maximizing revenue through those agreements
- Develop materials for effective communication of compensation structures to field teams and executives
- Keep abreast of industry / market dynamics and prepare informative documentation for Acrisure leaders
Requirements
- Beginner data and analytical skills, specifically relating to (re)insurance portfolio data and carrier compensation plans
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage meetings, build agendas, document and follow up
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, marketing or finance required
- Some experience in data to support effective reporting structures and strategy development
- Experience in utilizing technology to enhance performance and efficiency
