• Own AI project delivery end-to-end, from early discovery through MVP and iterative expansion
• Act as the trusted delivery partner for clients — often the most consistent point of contact
• Independently plan, structure, and drive complex initiatives with minimal oversight
• Translate business strategy into technical execution that teams can actually deliver
• Establish credibility quickly with senior, non-technical external stakeholders
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term product and technical direction
• Lead enterprise-level AI and software projects with multiple stakeholders
• Drive discovery, estimation, roadmap planning, and MVP definition
• Facilitate agile ceremonies with intent and discipline
• Own scope, delivery plans, and risk management
• Translate technical tradeoffs into business decisions that clients can understand
• Manage distributed engineering teams and cross-functional contributors
• Set delivery standards and raise the bar for execution quality
