This position is open to Anywhere in the United States, working a Hybrid work model, 3 days in the office.
You will provide best-in-class support to the category advisor team by building a strong partnership with the top food manufacturer and the largest retailer, providing merchandising solutions, and turning insights into action that drive growth for the business.
You will conduct insight-driven analysis utilizing multi-source data to evaluate item performance, assortment planning, consumer behavior, promotion, and store clustering while leveraging effective communication & influencing actionable recommendations.
Requirements
College degree or equivalent work experience, including a minimum of one (1) year in the Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry.
3 – 5 years of experience utilizing Blue Yonder, JDA, or other space management software, and experience in a consumer analytics or technology-based role
Intermediate degree of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of Power BI preferred.
Effectively and independently conduct data mining operations utilizing retailer or syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen), CPG math concepts, and standard analytical tools.
Self-starter: identify and leverage relevant data to diagnose situations, identify potential solutions, and drive results
Clearly and concisely communicate relevant information and present to business partners, clients, and customers.
