About the role
- Overseeing the financial, operational, and resource management functions that support a fast‑paced, integrated marketing agency.
- Partnering closely with creative, account, finance, and corporate teams to ensure efficient workflows, optimal resource allocation, vendor and procurement management, and accurate financial controls.
- Managing financial reporting in conjunction with Acosta Finance, and providing insights into business trends, and issues.
- Managing the buying/estimating and vendor relationships for the Agency.
- Owner of Agency computer operating systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business (Management, Finance, Accounting) required.
- 7 years’ experience in an agency, ideally working in management of a production and/or traffic and/or procurement and/or financial operations.
- Experience managing, leading, planning, setting strategy and direction for department.
- Master’s in accounting or MBA is desirable.
- Ideally have a solid working understanding of print, packaging and collateral design and productions processes.
- Knowledge of job workflow management.
- Computer proficiency in general and on Microsoft Office specifically.
- Proven ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and results.
- Strategic thinking ability with balanced analytical and creative approach to tactical planning.
- Proficient at planning, assigning and coordinating execution of project tasks.
- Strong self-management skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
