About the role

  • Overseeing the financial, operational, and resource management functions that support a fast‑paced, integrated marketing agency.
  • Partnering closely with creative, account, finance, and corporate teams to ensure efficient workflows, optimal resource allocation, vendor and procurement management, and accurate financial controls.
  • Managing financial reporting in conjunction with Acosta Finance, and providing insights into business trends, and issues.
  • Managing the buying/estimating and vendor relationships for the Agency.
  • Owner of Agency computer operating systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business (Management, Finance, Accounting) required.
  • 7 years’ experience in an agency, ideally working in management of a production and/or traffic and/or procurement and/or financial operations.
  • Experience managing, leading, planning, setting strategy and direction for department.
  • Master’s in accounting or MBA is desirable.
  • Ideally have a solid working understanding of print, packaging and collateral design and productions processes.
  • Knowledge of job workflow management.
  • Computer proficiency in general and on Microsoft Office specifically.
  • Proven ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and results.
  • Strategic thinking ability with balanced analytical and creative approach to tactical planning.
  • Proficient at planning, assigning and coordinating execution of project tasks.
  • Strong self-management skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
