- Provide leadership and development to your business analytics/category management team
- Work closely with managers and sales partners to drive results through advanced analytics
- Deliver best-in-class category, customer, and shopper insights focused on achieving objectives
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- Category Management certification, preferred
- 6 to 10 years of related work experience
- At least 2 years of Supervisor/Management experience
- Solid working knowledge of the Retail & CPG industries
- Strength in managing data sources like Retailer POS, NielsenIQ, IRI/Circana
- Advanced skills in cross-functional teamwork, communication, and presentation/storytelling
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
