Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 3-5 years related work experience
- Strong understanding of Walmart Modular Relay process and merchandising principles
- Category Management Certification Preferred
- Solid working knowledge of the CPG industry
- Proficient in industry tools such as NIQ Discover, Circana Unify, and Walmart Scintilla Charter
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Advanced skill in plan preparation and delivering effective solutions
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Experience in managing project plans and tracking responsibilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
