  • Drive a creative sourcing strategy and implement consistent processes and reporting.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent in industry name required.
  • 10 years of direct experience sourcing, recruiting, managing process, and managing client relationships.
  • Experience managing recruiting teams, and large volume.
  • Solid knowledge of employment law.
  • Very strong computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and high-profile deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze data.
  • Must be able to manage highly confidential information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be extremely detail oriented while also focusing on the big picture.
  • Occasional travel will be required.
