- Develop, build and lead a best in class recruiting team.
- Drive a creative sourcing strategy and implement consistent processes and reporting.
- Measure team progress against aggressive hiring goals.
- Partner closely with division leaders and be viewed as a trusted and valuable partner.
- Leverage Applicant Tracking System to drive reporting and recruiter behaviors.
- Lead, motivate and develop team members.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent in industry name required.
- 10 years of direct experience sourcing, recruiting, managing process, and managing client relationships.
- Experience managing recruiting teams, and large volume.
- Solid knowledge of employment law.
- Very strong computer skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and high-profile deadlines.
- Ability to analyze data.
- Must be able to manage highly confidential information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be extremely detail oriented while also focusing on the big picture.
- Occasional travel will be required.
