About the role
- Manage project timelines and the budget process across programs and events
- Help conceptualize, produce, and track events and marketing programs ranging from tentpole moments to tactical programming
- Interact with and manage multiple vendors, agencies, product teams, partners and a wide range of cross-functional groups
- Plan and execute local and regional events, encompassing logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and strict adherence to financial guidelines.
- Create comprehensive marketing plans for each event, clearly outlining objectives, target audience, and promotional strategies.
- Track and analyze event performance, generating post-event reports that include key metrics and strategic insights.
- Assist in executing marketing related tasks within the scope of a larger product or project, under guidance from the manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, project management or events
- Experience managing marketing projects
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience, with a strong focus on event management, brand management, or social media.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns that achieve measurable results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Budget management experience and proficiency in marketing analytics.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and relevant marketing software.
