About the role
- Develop strong and effective relationships with clients
- Quickly become familiar with client’s brand and work with internal teams
- Show ability to multi-task and keep event timelines on track
- Be solution-oriented and troubleshoot issues in the field
- Identify program objectives and evaluate functions for recommendations
- Draft effective reports, recaps and POVs for clients
- Effectively position and pitch ideas; collaborate with internal departments
- Manage project financials and lead day to day team communication
- Showcase project management from start to finish
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the marketing and experiential industry
- Experience working in experiential marketing industry is preferred
- Experience executing tradeshow events at a high level is preferred
- Proven account management skillset in creating, maintaining, and enhancing client relationships
- Thorough understanding of agency processes
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems in high-stress circumstances
- Strong ability to produce inspiring work
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
- Experience in managing teams and individuals, fostering teamwork and a positive atmosphere
- Excellent interpersonal skills
