About the role

  • Ensure that all customer contracting, client financial tools, deduction reconciliation, order alerts, data support are completed by the Business Manager Assistant teams for multiple regions and customers.
  • Collaborate across multiple functional teams to strengthen and modernize services and capabilities.
  • Demonstrate strong and effective time management, communication, problem-solving, and training skills.
  • Work with sales teams and leaders to build a high performance and diverse support staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years prior food brokerage experience either as a Business Process Solutions Supervisor or Manager is strongly preferred
  • 2 years prior supervisory experience in business process solutions with a food manufacturer is required.
  • Strong communication skills internally and externally
  • Motivated self-starter and problem solver
  • Efficient and effective use of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office
  • Must be able to represent the company in a professional manner
  • Detail oriented
  • Adhere to assigned deadlines
  • Ability to manage, mentor and train a highly efficient Business Manager Assistant team
