About the role
- Ensure that all customer contracting, client financial tools, deduction reconciliation, order alerts, data support are completed by the Business Manager Assistant teams for multiple regions and customers.
- Collaborate across multiple functional teams to strengthen and modernize services and capabilities.
- Demonstrate strong and effective time management, communication, problem-solving, and training skills.
- Work with sales teams and leaders to build a high performance and diverse support staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years prior food brokerage experience either as a Business Process Solutions Supervisor or Manager is strongly preferred
- 2 years prior supervisory experience in business process solutions with a food manufacturer is required.
- Strong communication skills internally and externally
- Motivated self-starter and problem solver
- Efficient and effective use of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office
- Must be able to represent the company in a professional manner
- Detail oriented
- Adhere to assigned deadlines
- Ability to manage, mentor and train a highly efficient Business Manager Assistant team
