About the role

  • Hire, train, develop, supervise, evaluate the Business Manager Assistant team
  • Ensue all contract and deduction management requirements and deadlines are met as established by Acosta, Customer or the Client
  • Preform all responsibilities of a Business Manager Assistant
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide timely communication to the Business Manager Assistants
  • Responsible for the Performance Management Review Process
  • Approve Atlas time management for all Business Manager Assistant
  • Experience with Order importing, Invoicing, EDI, SPS commerce and Sage software system experience a plus.

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Business Degree preferred.
  • Equivalent field-related work experience may be substituted for some educational requirements.
  • Must have two-years of supervisory experience.
  • Background in Sales Support and/or brokerage field preferred.
  • demonstrate strong and effective time management, communication, problem- solving, and training skills
