About the role
- Hire, train, develop, supervise, evaluate the Business Manager Assistant team
- Ensue all contract and deduction management requirements and deadlines are met as established by Acosta, Customer or the Client
- Preform all responsibilities of a Business Manager Assistant
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide timely communication to the Business Manager Assistants
- Responsible for the Performance Management Review Process
- Approve Atlas time management for all Business Manager Assistant
- Experience with Order importing, Invoicing, EDI, SPS commerce and Sage software system experience a plus.
Requirements
- High School diploma
- Business Degree preferred.
- Equivalent field-related work experience may be substituted for some educational requirements.
- Must have two-years of supervisory experience.
- Background in Sales Support and/or brokerage field preferred.
- demonstrate strong and effective time management, communication, problem- solving, and training skills
