Be retailer experts and thoroughly execute client plans to grow client business within assigned retailers
Create and sustain client satisfaction by assisting in the development of business plans and owning clients’ execution strategies with assigned retailers
Drive client growth across brands through deep knowledge of retailer operations and merchandising strategies
Present targeted strategic client plans to build effective, efficient brand promotion strategies and strengthen brand activation
Execute strategic plans across sales, share, distribution, promotion, pricing, merchandising and financial management
Maintain ongoing Client Team communication to provide status, opportunities, manage expectations, and needs associated with achieving the Client’s business plan
Communicate and transfer customer changes and insights to relevant CROSSMARK positions
Consistently use CROSSVIEW as the business planning, communication and execution framework
Assist Business Account Managers in developing targeted strategic Client plans
Sell additional services to Clients through analysis of Client strategy and performance insights
Provide feedback and assist in preparation and presentation for CROSSVIEW Business Reviews
Work in both office and field environments and travel within the US as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred or a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the CPG industry preferred
10+ years of sales experience
PC knowledge and skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel with pivot tables
Communication skills, including listening, presentations, written and verbal skills
Insights-based, consultative selling and negotiation skills
Intermediate category management knowledge, including the “4 Ps”
Business acumen and knowledge of market and industry trends
Good organizational and time management skills
Customer service orientation and professionalism
A valid driver’s license
Ability to travel within the US for customer, client or company meetings as needed
Ability to bring sample products to account calls
English required; bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity
