About the role
- Lead end-to-end production of quarterly "Community Weeks" and departmental onsites including vendor coordination, logistics, and day-of execution to deliver high-quality experiences
- Partner closely with the VP of Culture & Community on company-wide All Hands meetings, owning coordination of key segments (e.g., customer stories) and tracking engagement
- Own the internal community calendar, including monthly virtual trivia, and in-person Community Day across our offices (Irvine & NYC).
- Manage community touchpoints and milestone initiatives, including the procurement and distribution of 10-year anniversary gifts, and execution of company-wide fitness challenges
- Execute new hire experience initiatives, including onboarding communications and swag distribution
- Create and manage internal communications (e.g., weekly Slack recognitions, monthly new hire announcements, community updates)
- Maintain and update internal culture resources (e.g., Confluence pages, onboarding materials) to ensure visibility and education across our growing team
- Own engagement analytics across community initiatives, leveraging surveys, feedback and data to continuously improve programming and impact
- Manage day-to-day office operations for the Irvine location, including mail processing, inventory management, and facilities partnership, serving as the primary point of contact for all culture and facilities vendors.
- Partner with Procurement on vendor management and ensure all cultural investments are high-impact and cost-effective
- Track and manage community and office-related spend, ensuring alignment with budget and effective resource allocation
Requirements
- Proven experience coordinating multi-day events with complex logistics, vendor management, and a high attention to aesthetic and hospitality details.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Figma and experience using AI tools to streamline workflows. Familiarity with Confluence, Slack, and procurement tools like Zip is helpful.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to pivot between professional logistics and engaging, inclusive communication for our global Slack channels.
