Financial Planning and Analysis

• Provide accurate, timely, and reliable administrative and financial support to the Finance team.
• Assist with day-to-day finance processes, maintaining accurate records.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Monitor payment schedules and track due dates for all payment requests.
• Support general ledger activities, including journal entries and transaction reconciliation.
• Assist in processing payroll for UAE and Indonesia entities.
• Handle BPJS Health and BPJS Manpower administration.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper transaction recording in accounting system (Xero).
• Perform regular bank reconciliations.
• Assist Finance Manager in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting ad hoc tasks as needed.

Finance Administrator

Marketing

• Design high-quality brand, marketing, and business development materials aligned with Acorn Strategy’s visual identity and brand standards.
• Produce creative outputs across both digital and print formats, including campaign materials, proposals, presentations, and social media assets.
• Translate written and verbal briefs into visually compelling, audience-appropriate design solutions that support business development and marketing objectives.
• Apply core design principles such as hierarchy, typography, layout, balance, and contrast to create clear and effective visual communication.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development & Strategy team and other internal stakeholders to ensure design work aligns with strategic goals and campaign requirements.
• Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Participate constructively in creative review processes, confidently explaining design decisions and incorporating feedback to improve outputs.
• Maintain organised design files and ensure outputs are prepared correctly for their intended platform or format.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of Acorn’s brand assets and creative standards across marketing channels.

Brand & Marketing Designer

Account Manager

• Lead the day-to-day management of assigned accounts, maintaining strong client relationships and high levels of satisfaction.
• Oversee the development of detailed social media calendars and content plans aligned to wider communications objectives.
• Provide confident leadership to junior team members, including delegation, oversight and mentoring.
• Use agency systems effectively (including ClickUp) to ensure transparency and operational efficiency.
• Support sustainable resource planning across accounts to avoid prolonged over-capacity.
• Contribute to business development activity, including idea generation and pitch participation.
• Proactively identify risks, issues and opportunities, resolving challenges before escalation is required.
• Monitor budgets, scope and utilisation, maintaining financial discipline and supporting margin control.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within agreed scope and in line with agency processes.
• Translate client strategy into clear delivery plans across social media, content and digital channels.
