About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide day-to-day support across client accounts.

- Maintain quality client service and accurate documentation.
- Coordinate media relations activities, including press release distribution and tracking coverage.
- Manage administrative and reporting requirements for assigned clients.
- Assist with event coordination and internal communication updates.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications or a related field.
- 1-2 years of agency experience.
- Bilingual - Arabic and English.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of media relations and reporting tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Confidence in liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
