About the role
- Holistic support and further development of HR-related matters across the entire employee lifecycle
- Trusted sparring partner for managers and employees on all People & Culture matters
- Responsibility for payroll-related topics and support to ensure smooth payroll processing and time tracking
- Design and optimization of People & Culture (HR) and payroll processes as well as internal interfaces
- Ensuring compliance with labor law, data protection regulations and internal policies
- Participation in projects, analyses and strategic People & Culture topics
- Support for location-based services and administrative processes
- Active contribution to a positive, respectful corporate culture
Requirements
- Completed degree in HR, business law or a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with additional qualification in human resources
- Several years of experience in operational HR work and in preparatory payroll and salary accounting
- Solid knowledge of labor law, payroll tax and social security regulations
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style with high initiative
- Strong communication and advisory skills and a hands-on mentality
- Confident user of MS Office and ideally experience with payroll systems (e.g., Sage, DATEV, SAP or similar)
- Team-oriented personality with enthusiasm for diverse tasks
