About the role

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients, acting as a strategic point of contact;
  • Proactively identify opportunities to offer upgraded versions of products or services (upsell) or complementary solutions (cross-sell);
  • Explain to clients the benefits and added value of new features or plans, ensuring they understand how the new solutions can be effective;
  • Conduct the sales process in a consultative manner;
  • Perform continuous follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and success with acquired solutions, reducing churn and strengthening loyalty;
  • Keep the CRM up to date with all interactions and opportunities, and prepare progress reports and sales forecasts for management;
  • Work closely with Customer Success (CS) and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and identify the best moments for expansion approaches.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in Inside Sales, account management, or Customer Success, with a track record of success in upsell or cross-sell;
  • Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections;
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities;
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and empathy to understand customer needs;
  • Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities;
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Agendor) and sales technologies.
