About the role
- Establish and support initial reference projects in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing
- Support national subsidiaries in acquiring and implementing customer projects
- Act as a sparring partner on Green City and Sponge City topics in close coordination with management
- Enable active knowledge transfer between ACO companies, particularly for product and sales approaches
- Prepare and communicate Green City success stories within the ACO Group
- Coordinate interfaces between ACO companies and external suppliers
Requirements
- Degree in a technical or commercial discipline
- At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in Business Development or Project Management, preferably within a matrix organization
- Ideally experience with permitting and implementation processes for public construction projects
- Open, persuasive and communicative personality
- Results-driven and pragmatic “entrepreneur within the company”
- International mindset with strong English skills
