• Responsibility for the aesthetic design as well as the renovation and new construction of our properties as the owner’s representative
• Overall management of our construction projects
• Oversight of the service phases under HOAI in collaboration with commissioned architects, specialist planners and contractors
• Construction site supervision and ensuring the timely and high-quality execution of construction work
• Preparation of master schedules, cost planning and cost control, and oversight of external service providers
• Regular reporting to the shareholders
