About the role
- Development and expansion of existing and new product lines in the national and international landscape construction (GaLaBau) business
- Strategic advancement of the product portfolio
- Lead and manage product development projects from concept through to product launch
- Proactively advise and support Marketing on product positioning
- Collaborate with Engineering to optimize the product portfolio
- Represent ACO in industry associations and perform market monitoring and analysis
- Deliver internal and external technical presentations and training
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or industrial engineering, or equivalent qualifications
- Professional experience in product management, ideally with market knowledge
- Strong affinity for marketing and sales
- Excellent technical and commercial knowledge, particularly in the development of products for series production
- Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial, system-oriented thinking
- Confident presentation skills and the ability to inspire others about products and ideas
