About the role
- Responsibility for the aesthetic design as well as the renovation and new construction of our properties as the owner’s representative
- Overall management of our construction projects
- Oversight of the service phases under HOAI in collaboration with commissioned architects, specialist planners and contractors
- Construction site supervision and ensuring the timely and high-quality execution of construction work
- Preparation of master schedules, cost planning and cost control, and oversight of external service providers
- Regular reporting to the shareholders
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification
- Relevant professional experience
- Strong sensibility for materials, quality, historic character and design
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong, proactive personality with a hands-on mentality
