About the role
- Implement, configure and contribute to the design of moderately complex systems for internal and external customers.
- Assist in performing analysis on existing systems as well as overall system maintenance.
- Determine system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.
- Coordinate subsystem design and total system integration.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve program support deficiencies and develop recommended corrective actions.
- Participate in engineering and configuring routine and moderately complex technical solutions for application/system implementations and upgrades based on business requirements.
- Engineer, configure, and assist in architecting moderately complex solutions for application/system implementations and upgrades, including in‑house, third‑party, or hybrid solutions.
- Perform day‑to‑day system administration and monitoring tasks for assigned systems.
- Work with internal and external customers and vendors to resolve technical system issues, focusing on moderate to complex problems.
- Anticipate and raise project, business, and technical issues to the appropriate resource, log issues and participate in their resolution.
Requirements
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting development and production environments.
- Linux (RedHat) – minimum 2 years of administration & troubleshooting experience.
- Windows Server Administration – minimum 1 year.
- Zabbix Administration – 1 to 2 years (setup, tuning, maintenance).
- Grafana Cloud Administration – 1 to 2 years.
- Scripting experience in Bash & Python.
